Key Responsibilities

  • •Own internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution across People and COO organizations.
  • •Write and edit engaging internal content for internal wiki and other channels, including consistent messaging on updates and initiatives.
  • •Support leadership with change and reorg communications to ensure transparency and buy-in.
  • •Design employee listening frameworks and feedback mechanisms (at least quarterly) and translate insights into action.
  • •Build recognition, culture, and community/event programming frameworks, and use survey and engagement data to measure and improve outcomes.
