Job Summary

Own and scale Fireflies’ affiliate ecosystem to drive affiliate-sourced customer acquisition and revenue growth. Recruit, activate, and grow relationships with affiliates, publishers, influencers, review sites, agencies, and strategic partners. Lead co-marketing campaigns and partner engagement to improve conversions and adoption, while designing commission and payout structures. Track performance and KPIs, and collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue to expand the channel and maximize partner results.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
•Identify opportunities to scale the affiliate channel, including recruitment, activation, and commission optimization.
•Source, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates aligned with target audience and growth objectives.
•Lead co-marketing and visibility initiatives such as campaigns, promotions, content collaborations, and product launch activities.
•Track and report affiliate performance and KPIs, and create partner enablement assets (links, creatives, messaging, landing pages).

Key Requirements

•3–7+ years in affiliate marketing, partnership management, growth marketing, or business development.
•Proven track record scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.

•Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, conversion funnels, and customer acquisition.
•Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a data-driven focus on ROI and growth metrics.
