Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively support the CFO with financial and business questions.
  • •Produce monthly closings and analyze planning, forecasts, and business results for management and the Group.
  • •Contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
  • •Develop and maintain provisions models and calculation templates; perform provision calculations including special cases, corrections, and adjustments.
  • •Create and analyze revenue and sales data for monthly and quarterly provision settlement, and produce KPI, headcount, and CRM reports for ongoing insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, economics with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting, or a comparable qualification.
  • •3-5 years of prior experience in finance, controlling, or accounting.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, especially pivot tables, complex formulas, and working with large data sets.
  • •Ideally experience with Excel macros and improving/optimizing Excel models.
  • •Experience with CRM, ERP, and reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, or SAP) is preferred.
