Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate, select, and order manufacturing equipment that is appropriate and cost effective.
•Oversee installation, modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
•Study equipment performance and reliability, and establish programs to increase uptime.
•Provide technical support to equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
•Define and write preventative maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related engineering degree.
•Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working as an Equipment Engineer in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
•Equipment experience with AMAT PVD and/or AMAT TxZ chambers.
•Prior experience with PVD, CVD, high vacuum and/or ultra high vacuum.
•Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and SPC techniques, including semiconductor cleanroom protocol and behaviors.
