2027 Full-time - Patriot Missile Manufacturing Engineer - 2nd Shift - Onsite (MA)

Support 2nd shift production on the Patriot Missile Manufacturing Engineering team by developing and improving manufacturing processes. Partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, quality, test, and design to implement robust processes, validate manufacturability, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven decision-making and CORE principles. Provide real-time technical support, participate in corrective action/root-cause investigations, and help reduce cycle time, cost, and ergonomic risk while maintaining safety and quality.
