Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate customer shipping schedules with Customer Service and Manufacturing to ensure timely shipment execution
  • •Prepare export customs documentation and shipping quotes with ocean and air freight carriers, coordinating export documentation requirements
  • •Assemble export documentation for international shipments, including Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, drawings, Material Test Reports (MTRs), manuals, and other country/customer requirements
  • •Prepare Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and required shipping documents to support accurate and timely shipment processing
  • •Work cross-functionally with Tulsa and other Pressure Management departments to coordinate logistics activities and ensure compliance with applicable trade requirements

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or related field
  • •Working knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures
  • •Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • •High school diploma or GED
