Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, working one-on-one under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on progress and behaviors, and attend required supervision sessions, team meetings, and trainings. This part-time role is based in Long Beach with pay of $22–$25/hour and training/support to obtain RBT certification.
