•Translate marketing strategies into actionable operational workflows, optimizing resource allocation and streamlining internal processes.
•Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and quality control of events, social media campaigns, and community growth initiatives.
•Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs across all managed functions to ensure alignment with overall business growth.

Key Requirements

•Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams with direct people-management responsibility.
•Strong execution-focused, results-oriented mindset with ability to make firm decisions under pressure.
