Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end execution of GRE capital projects including renovations, relocations, site upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
  • •Develop project charters, scopes, schedules, and budgets; manage risks and change control.
  • •Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery, including compliance with standards, local regulations, and EHS requirements.
  • •Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across assigned Americas sites, including maintenance/repairs and outsourced service provider performance (KPIs, SLAs, cost controls).
  • •Manage operating and capital budgets; track forecasts/variances and provide reporting, dashboards, and analytics to GRE leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in corporate real estate project management and/or facilities management in a corporate or industrial environment.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple projects and sites simultaneously.
  • •Strong vendor management and contract administration experience.
  • •Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and facilities operations.
