Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maturity testing, verification, and validation (V&V) activities for the development and certification of the next generation of A220 automated flight systems.
  • •Manage testing priorities, test strategies, and work package scheduling to meet project objectives.
  • •Define test bench needs and requirements for the automated flight systems scope and review interconnection diagrams.
  • •Draft and execute test procedures (manual and automated), analyze test results, and write certification compliance reports.
  • •Review V&V plans for certification compliance and lead technical exchanges and follow-ups with suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Software, or Aerospace Engineering.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in avionics systems verification and validation (V&V) in a development context.
  • •Strong engineering change management and knowledge of avionics systems development and certification processes.
  • •Excellent knowledge of avionics industry standards and regulations, including 14 CFR Part 25, ARP4754, DO-178, DO-331, and DO-254.
  • •Deep expertise in avionics systems, specifically guidance systems, autopilot, and autothrottle.
