Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules (IMS) and scheduling management processes, standards, and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare and maintain baseline schedules, schedule basis documents, and integrated schedules by consolidating contractor schedules and aligning with project requirements.
  • •Review, analyze, and validate contractor schedules for logic, constructability, contractual compliance, schedule quality, resource loading/leveling, and schedule integrity.
  • •Monitor project performance using schedule health assessments, critical path and near-critical path analysis, variance tracking, trending, and scenario planning; recommend corrective actions.
  • •Apply EVM methodologies and perform schedule analytics to produce progress reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and executive-level schedule communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Experience working on teams in a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 and experience developing level 3 and level 4 construction schedules.
  • •Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification (and expertise using Oracle Primavera Cloud, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheets is preferred).
