Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead a portfolio of large-scale data center development projects, representing developer clients through the full front-end lifecycle from site identification and acquisition through entitlement, utilities coordination, due diligence, and readiness for construction. Manage client relationships and project governance, schedules, budgets, risks, and feasibility studies. Support design-phase services like value engineering and constructability reviews, and provide construction-phase oversight including commissioning and handover to operations.
