Job Summary

Own talent management and workforce capability strategy by turning skills insight into targeted development solutions. Lead skills gap analysis, annual talent and succession reviews, and capability development initiatives—especially across AI, digital, and future workforce skills. Coordinate evidence-based programme design, measure learning impact, and manage Skills & Growth Levy governance, reporting, and ROI. Partner closely with HR, Learning, Data, and business stakeholders to address priority capability gaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, analyse, and prioritise organisational capability gaps; gather and analyse workforce, learning, and talent data to produce capability insights.
•Coordinate the annual talent and succession review process; maintain oversight and produce insights on bench strength, succession readiness, and succession risks.
•Translate capability priorities into learning journeys and upskilling opportunities, supporting design and delivery of targeted development initiatives (including AI and digital skills).
•Lead day-to-day management and governance of the Skills & Growth Levy, including identifying levy funding opportunities, managing provider relationships, and reporting ROI.
•Develop and maintain reporting across capability, skills gaps, talent, succession, and development activity; measure impact and continuously improve processes.
