Key Responsibilities

  • •Create workflow enhancements to deliver public cloud-sourced services such as labs, customer POCs, tool integration, and data enrichment.
  • •Provide technical guidance on Public Cloud matters to internal stakeholders and support customer integrations using CSP APIs.
  • •Develop scripts using CSP capabilities and translate business requirements into programmatic logic.
  • •Document and maintain script and application libraries/repositories, and develop customer-facing documentation and reference designs.
  • •Conduct proof of concepts, support Professional Services activities, and advise Product and field Engineering on solution options, feature requirements, and designs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of development and/or scripting experience with a major language.
  • •Strong capabilities in one or more of Python, Node.js, C#, C++, C, Ruby, or Perl.
  • •Understanding of database services such as DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • •Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as git and jenkins.
  • •Cloud development experience with 2–3 of AWS, Azure, Oracle OCI, Google GCP, or Alibaba Cloud, plus orchestration tools like Terraform or Ansible (familiarity).
