Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time machine data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily work order documentation (paperwork/electronic documentation).
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts, and help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Must provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service, maintenance, and repair experience preferred.
  • •Physically able to move/stand/stoop/bend freely and lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive role requires passing a 10-panel drug screen.
