Job Summary

Maintain CarMax’s vehicle inventory by receiving and securing shipped cars, preparing title packets, and completing lot maintenance and merchandising. Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, run the photo station process for carmax.com listings, and drive cars on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute photo station processes for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.28 - 29.67 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.

•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
