Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean and prepare parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to receive paint, and fulfill internal and external customer demand.
  • •Operate paint equipment to specific paint finishes and enter required information in the data collection system.
  • •Perform daily preventative maintenance and waste disposal, and help ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • •Conduct essential quality checks (e.g., film thickness and appearance) and follow established procedures for production functions.
  • •Comply with safety and industrial hygiene requirements, maintain work areas per 5S, and support lean improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Sumter, SC will be considered.
  • •Prior experience with painting in a fabrication environment.
  • •Forklift experience or willingness to learn.
  • •Computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
