Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise advanced embryology procedures in the IVF laboratory, including embryo culture, monitoring, gamete handling, fertilization, embryo assessment, and embryo transfer.
  • •Oversee laboratory supervision and maintenance to support day-to-day operations.
  • •Ensure quality assurance through documentation, QA processes, and quality control protocols.
  • •Train and supervise junior staff, providing mentorship and technical support.
  • •Collaborate with clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and contribute to research and development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology or Reproductive Sciences.
  • •DHA/MOH/DOH license as an Embryologist.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ IVF laboratory experience with hands-on embryology procedures.
  • •Hands-on exposure to procedures including ICSI, embryo culture, embryo transfer, cryopreservation, and sperm preparation.
  • •Experience working with QA/Documentation, quality control protocols, and international laboratory standards.
