Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced sanding, filling, blocking, priming, sealing, masking, paint application, clear coating, curing, wet sanding, polishing, and final detailing.
  • •Develop and validate custom colors by mixing, tinting, matching, refining, producing spray-out samples, and evaluating color appearance under varied lighting.
  • •Identify and correct surface imperfections, contamination, edge conditions, texture variation, and color inconsistencies before final release.
