Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration work as part of sprint delivery.
  • •Own intake and triage for Salesforce feature requests, bugs, and enhancements.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, document business process context, and translate needs into actionable Salesforce work.
  • •Lead Salesforce solution design for new requests, evaluating options across process impacts, data implications, user experience, scalability, and maintainability.
  • •Support documentation, testing context, release readiness, stakeholder communication, and post-release validation for Salesforce changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • •5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a customized Salesforce environment with 100+ users.
  • •3+ years of business analysis experience in a Salesforce/CRM/business systems, sales operations, or revenue operations context.
  • •1+ years of experience with data hygiene or data analysis supporting systems and teams.
  • •Experience owning Salesforce solution design or business systems work from intake through release in a cross-functional environment.
