Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the intake, evaluation, and resale of trade-in and used vehicles while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • •Create and manage vehicle listings on internal and third-party platforms, keeping them accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
  • •Record and maintain detailed vehicle and transaction data in SFDC to ensure accuracy and support reporting and analytics.
  • •Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records; request, track, and reconcile purchase orders for remarketing-related services and transactions.
  • •Organize and monitor vehicle transport between locations, vendors, and customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on remarketing strategy and continuous improvement.
