Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize recruitment channels and internal resources to improve hiring efficiency and build quality candidate pipelines.
  • •Track and review recruitment outcomes regularly, identify gaps or challenges, and proactively suggest improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
