Key Responsibilities

  • •Secure and run the Kanban system to meet SU and overseas internal customer order demand with good quality and DOT.
  • •Apply ALPS tools to secure organization-wide management and execution.
  • •Understand production processes, products, and documentation including plates recognition, process and cycle time, bottlenecks/capacity, and traceability records.
  • •Manage inventory (coils and plates) with daily reviews, stocktaking, and release of clear instructions to TLs and MHs.
  • •Lead team management (behavior development, execution, performance appraisal) and deliver weekly/monthly reports with production data analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •Above 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
  • •Relevant leadership and management skills.
  • •Experience with improvement tools such as 5S, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (Certified GB is a plus).
  • •Project work experience is a plus.
