Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products and agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks.
•Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs and conduct daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks.
•Control and monitor all load-out functions, including operating automated scale/dump systems.
•Maintain and monitor quality of inventory and deliver products to customer sites.
•Keep work areas clean and safe, perform grounds maintenance, and promptly report safety concerns, repairs, or customer complaints.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement.
•High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift certification and agriculture experience preferred.
