Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end Power Platform strategy and governance, shepherding enterprise-wide adoption of Power Apps, Automate, Pages, and Copilot Studio. Drive the Center of Excellence, ensure data governance and security, and collaborate with IT and business units to scale low-code solutions and GenAI-enabled automation across a 30,000+ user environment in a global, cross-functional setting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end Power Platform strategy, roadmap, and vision, balancing scalability, innovation, responsibility and compliance.
•Define and evolve the Power Platform Center of Excellence, Environment Strategy, and Connector Strategy to drive enterprise adoption.
•Champion enterprise-wide use of Power Platform components to accelerate value creation and automation maturity.
•Establish and enforce governance guardrails, DLP policies, and security standards; lead environment lifecycle management.
•Partner with business units, IT, and leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize needs, and drive platform adoption while enabling citizen developers.

Key Requirements

•Mandatory: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Platform Owner, or CoE Lead for Microsoft Power Platform with governance, DLP policies, environment strategy, and CoE frameworks.
•Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio (including agent creation and orchestration).
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
•Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure low-code solutions; experience integrating Power Platform workloads with enterprise systems (SAP, ServiceNow, Graph).
•Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management; familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub ALM is a plus.
