  • •Present and prepare the driving range, short game area, members range, golf carts, bag drop, bag storage, and cartwell.
  • •Maintain dress standards and always deliver a smart, professional experience.
  • •Manage member and guest expectations for lateness, no-shows, squeeze-in tee times, and special requirements.
  • •Ensure range balls are available and maintained by washing after each pick.
  • •Perform delegated tasks and support department committees; follow Standard Operating Procedures and IT security awareness/reporting requirements.
