Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key point of contact and liaison for internal stakeholders, senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
  • •Proactively manage complex calendars and inboxes, prioritizing competing demands across time zones.
  • •Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and logistics, and track actions.
  • •Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements across the region and prepare timely, accurate expense reports.
  • •Draft and review executive communications and prepare high-quality documents and presentations aligned with brand standards, plus provide proactive ad hoc operational support.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives, ideally in a regional or global organization.
  • •Strong business English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • •Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
