Job Summary

Originate residential real estate loans by cultivating referral sources and serving walk-in/call-in customers. Set up and process originated loans through the bank’s system for underwriting submission, prepare financing sheets for listings and open houses, and attend relevant community and association meetings. Deliver first-time homebuyer outreach and classes around the designated branch area. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and federal and state real estate lending regulations.

•Originate real estate loans from realtor, contractors, referrals, walk-in/call-in customers, and other sources.
•Ensure originated loans are set up in the bank’s computer system and processed for underwriting submission.
•Identify opportunities and provide financing sheets for listings and Realtor/builder open houses, including attending weekend events.
•Attend internal training and sales meetings and participate in external training opportunities as assigned.
•Promote home ownership through community outreach, including first-time homebuyer classes and hosting booths at non-profit community events.
