Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage recruitment projects, including initiatives focused on diversity and employer branding tailored to the crypto community.
  • •Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the blockchain and tech markets.
  • •Conduct market mapping to analyze industry talent pools, identifying key players, emerging talent, and competitor recruitment strategies.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
