Job Summary

Develop and maintain manufacturing test methodologies and process controls for semiconductor equipment systems. Serve as technical owner for test solutions across multiple product platforms, partnering with FSO, Installation, Test Engineering, Software Engineering, and Global Product Support to deploy, troubleshoot, and improve test programs. Use root-cause analysis, diagnostic tools, automation, and data analytics to reduce cycle time, improve quality, and drive continuous improvement and NPI readiness across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, validate, implement, and maintain manufacturing test methodologies, scripts, procedures, and process controls for semiconductor equipment systems.
•Act as a technical owner for manufacturing test solutions across product platforms (including DPS, Tetra, Centris Twin, Centris Sym3, AP Sym3).
•Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and support teams to develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing and startup test programs.
•Drive resolution of product, manufacturing, and field-related issues using structured root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Develop and improve diagnostic tools and automated test solutions, supporting continuous improvement and NPI test strategies and validation activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Field Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related technical roles.
•Experience supporting complex systems in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-technology environment.
•Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
•Experience developing or maintaining test procedures, manufacturing processes, diagnostic programs, or automated test solutions.
