Key Responsibilities

•Lead construction oversight for mine infrastructure, processing facilities, and related support facilities, ensuring alignment with engineering design, specifications, and regulatory standards.
•Manage construction contractors, subcontractors, and field teams, including performance oversight related to safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
•Serve as the primary interface between owner, contractor, and engineering teams to ensure efficient communication and risk mitigation.
•Coordinate with design engineers, geotechnical teams, and project stakeholders to support constructability, sequencing, and field modifications.
•Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
•10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction, process facilities, and/or mining infrastructure.
•Hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings, with open pit and underground development exposure preferred.
•Knowledge of mineral processing facilities (crushing, milling, recovery circuits) and heap leach pad construction is a plus.
•Certifications preferred (PE, PMP, CCM) and strong communication, problem solving and liaison skills.
