Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with GTM leaders to advise on org design, team effectiveness, and performance.
  • •Coach managers and strengthen leadership; help leaders navigate challenges and develop their teams.

  • •Navigate complex people matters; handle employee relations with care and sound judgment.
  • •Stay close to the business; surface themes, identify risks, and help address issues proactively.

  • •6–10+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally supporting GTM teams.
