Job Summary

Remote-based RCIS Crop Claims Specialist role supporting a Kansas territory. Key Responsibilities

•Work the most complex crop insurance claims, including multiple causes of loss and subrogation claims
•Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts and applying procedures
•Assess policy verification and coverage determinations to decide whether a loss is covered
•Assist with training of lower-level adjusters for MPCI and Crop Hail (CH)
•Complete Quality Assurance reviews such as conflict of interest checks and high-dollar reviews to adjust unit structure as needed

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 49,500 - 81,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry
•Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire date
•Strong willingness to travel within assigned territory (approx. 50%)
•Live and service within the counties of Mitchell, Cloud, Jewell, or Lincoln, KS
•Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
