Director of Cost Management

Lead and mentor a team delivering cost management services for large-scale construction projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and on-time, on-budget outcomes. Own the service line strategy and operating roadmap, manage client relationships and stakeholder communications, and drive revenue growth through proposals, RFPs, and cross-selling. Oversee financial performance (revenue tracking, forecasting, margin analysis) and establish KPIs, process improvements, knowledge management, and compliance with ISO and SOX requirements.
