Key Responsibilities

  • •Wire switchboard products and apply wiring expertise to complete assignments.
  • •Comply with safety policies, including PPE use and 5S duties, and operate equipment properly.
  • •Interpret manufacturing information (front views, BOMs, wiring diagrams, drawings/blueprints, order entry systems) to select and install correct wires.
  • •Understand power flow and follow guidelines to comply with regulations while wiring switchboards or panelboards.
  • •Perform quality inspections, identify nonconforming parts, troubleshoot errors, and participate in root-cause analysis and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 6 months wiring experience.
  • •6 months experience in manufacturing or operations and/or technical experience in an industrial setting.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Preferred: 1+ year experience in manufacturing or operations and/or technical experience in an industrial setting; strong comprehension of wiring diagrams, schematics, and power flow.
