Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble mechanical units or fabricated parts into sub-assemblies or complete products using hand and power tools and operating equipment.
  • •Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product requirements, while monitoring quality of products and raw materials.
  • •Set up and run production lines per the production schedule and work orders, including line/pump configuration, cleaning/inspection, and line changeovers.
  • •Perform prestart-up inspections and address failed checks; maintain equipment and manufacturing areas clean, neat, and organized.
  • •Operate equipment safely and efficiently; comply with OSHA and manage hazardous/universal waste in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, including stopping the line and notifying QA for contamination events.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •1-2 years of experience in packaging or distribution.
  • •Experience in a chemical plant.
  • •Familiarity with cGMP and RCRA training.
  • •Demonstrated mechanical ability.
