Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA, identifying error patterns and translating findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines and teams.
  • •Provide expert judgment for complex, ambiguous, or high-risk cases, including validating “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on global quality goals.
  • •Drive operational oversight by resolving edge cases, cascading policy updates, and supporting training rollouts for BPO staff; prepare weekly/monthly QA reports leveraging AI and QA tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience conducting analytical audits and tracking quality/performance targets while maintaining data integrity in a trust and safety or high-volume operational environment.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify error patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates while maintaining high-speed moderation.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication skills to lead calibration sessions and deliver training aligned to global quality goals.
  • •Fluency in Spanish for local market interactions and fluency in English as the primary working language.
