Key Responsibilities

•Lead companywide strategy for operational and vehicle utilization improvements across markets, including process, automation, technology, and investment decisions.
•Identify major sources of operational loss and develop strategies for improvement, including piloting and implementing changes.
•Define data sources, schemas, and commercially feasible methods to obtain them for required tools and dashboards.
•Model ROI and uplift analyses to determine the impact of major changes or investments on performance metrics and profitability.
•Create strategy for technology investments and development to improve operational efficiency, including drafting PRDs for specific features.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in AV/robotics operations, AV/robotics infrastructure, and product development.
•Understand product management processes and tradeoffs, including PRDs, stakeholder alignment/approvals, and working with engineering teams.
•Translate complex operational requirements into coherent physical and digital product strategies.
•Empathy for user needs and ability to weigh operations tradeoffs against unit economics and scalability.
•BS degree in engineering or a technical field.
