Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the on-site manufacturing technical lead for networking products in Guadalajara, Mexico, working on the factory floor to improve preparedness and execution.
  • •Serve as the primary technical liaison between NVIDIA, contract manufacturers, and suppliers for networking products made in Mexico.
  • •Lead NPI readiness, factory qualification, and NPI-to-MP transitions to ensure manufacturing readiness and production success.
  • •Provide hands-on factory support to drive efficient NPI and mass-production builds and rapidly resolve manufacturing issues.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis and technical closure of manufacturing, yield, quality, reliability, and test-related challenges, using manufacturing data and metrics to drive corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related fields supporting NPI and high-volume production environments.
  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, mechanical development, computer engineering, production engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Deep expertise in board and system manufacturing, including process control, yield improvement, testing, failure analysis, reliability engineering, and factory operations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical and cross-functional manufacturing challenges using data-driven approaches.
  • •Excellent communication, influence, and technical leadership skills to align global engineering, operations, quality, and supplier teams without direct authority.
