  • •More than 20 years of relevant experience in mining/resources/infrastructure/heavy industrial operations, with accountability across technical services, engineering, asset management, maintenance, sustaining capital, or operational excellence.
  • •Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams across complex, multicultural, and geographically dispersed operations, including remote or challenging environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •Demonstrated business transformation and continuous improvement experience, including developing leaders through succession and capability-building programs.
