Serve as the primary liaison for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients, handling technical, account, and trade inquiries via email, phone, ticketing systems, and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve issues while escalating high-priority matters to internal stakeholders and recommending process improvements. Support client education and training, market research, and other strategic initiatives to drive seamless onboarding and long-term relationships.

•Support client education and training, market research, and other strategic assignments.
•Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for existing and prospective clients.
•Deliver best-in-class service while expanding and supporting global product and service offerings.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services within banking or private wealth management, including serving HNW or UHNW clients.
•Commercial apprenticeship with a bank, or a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred).
•Fluency in English (written and spoken) plus fluency in German or French; additional languages are a plus.
•Strong problem-solving with a client-first approach.
•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with strong judgment and discretion.
