  • •Define project and program objectives and complete preliminary planning activities for later-stage execution.
  • •Coordinate project plans and ensure delivery of project milestones from planning through implementation.
  • •Document project/program phases and ensure compliance with policies for notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • •Drive project deliverables using reports, tracking charts, and checklists; maintain process improvement matrices.
  • •Monitor and report cost performance and investigate obstacles to implement resolution solutions.
