Build and maintain the server-side components of enterprise corporate service management products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities

•Own server-side project development for enterprise solution products, focusing on high-quality design and coding.
•Contribute to backend infrastructure construction and research new technologies to solve difficult technical problems.
•Develop and evaluate tools/processes to improve team efficiency and strengthen the team’s technical practices.
•Participate across the full product delivery lifecycle, including requirements communication, system design, testing, support, monitoring, operations, and project management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above (computer science or related preferred).
•Strong backend development with Java or Golang, including JVM/Golang pprof tuning to identify service issues.
•Experience designing distributed systems and building with message queues, distributed storage, cache, and locks.
•Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, information security, and data structures/algorithms to solve problems.
•Proficiency with MySQL and NoSQL databases, plus scripting on Linux for independent troubleshooting; strong self-learning and communication skills.
