Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute global communications strategy, including thought leadership, bylines, research, executive ghostwriting, and speaking opportunities.
  • •Drive advocacy across audiences by aligning internally, developing customer stories (case studies, references), and working with ecosystem partners.
  • •Manage relationships with industry analysts, journalists, and influencers in security and B2B software, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
  • •Lead crisis and issues communications plans for the cybersecurity industry and oversee PR agency relationships and communications budget.
  • •Champion AI adoption within communications by identifying and implementing AI tooling, measuring impact (share of voice, sentiment, message pull-through), and reporting to the CMO and executives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually

  • •15+ years of communications experience with significant B2B software experience and deep cybersecurity expertise.
  • •Proven ability to build executive thought leadership platforms and develop strong analyst and influencer relationships.
  • •Experience advising C-level executives, including partnering directly with a CEO on high-stakes external communications.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical and security concepts into clear, compelling narratives for the right audiences.
