Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • •Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks per MCME risk policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • •Support positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • •Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

Key Requirements

  • •Nursing Diploma.
  • •Current/recent inpatient ward experience.
  • •UAE or GCC experience.
  • •Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi-professional team.
  • •Compliance with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
