Global Order Operations Analyst with Italian (w/m/d) (10 months FTC)

Manage key customer accounts and ensure end-to-end order lifecycle accuracy, from placement to delivery. Serve as the primary contact for order and delivery status, handling inquiries, returns, and claims while coordinating with logistics, sales, and planning to resolve supply challenges. Oversee accounts receivable activities such as collections, overdue payments, and billing disputes, and provide reporting on delivery performance, DSO, and aged debt in a hybrid Warsaw role.
