Key Responsibilities

  • •Accelerate the launch of Pulley’s newest AI product offerings and operate as the main product owner between engineering, design, and the rest of the business.
  • •Partner closely with design and engineering to ensure alignment across product, technical requirements, and customer needs.
  • •Help set the tone for how product is built at Pulley by creating the processes, rituals, and communication styles that will define our future.
  • •Stay ahead of the curve in construction tech, AI, and automation to continuously identify areas where we can improve the permitting process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or in a related field.
  • •6+ years of product management experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • •At least 1 year of experience working as a software engineer, or in a technically adjacent role (understanding APIs, data models, architecture, etc).
  • •Prior startup experience, or experience in a high-growth company environment.
  • •Eager to work hybrid in our Downtown SF office (the team comes in 4x/week)
