Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and implementation of Issuing, Commercial Solutions, and Government Solutions consulting projects for accounts and regional multinational clients in CARCAM markets.
  • •Drive and execute the VCA strategy across Central America & the Caribbean, capitalizing on regional opportunities and expanding Visa acceptance footprint.
  • •Coordinate execution of acceptance activities stemming from VCA consulting engagement recommendations with internal Merchant Sales and Acquiring teams.
  • •Lead consulting initiatives and support closing engagements by identifying client opportunities, scoping engagements, and managing a client work pipeline.
  • •Produce insights and analyses to improve client performance and translate client business needs into successful execution plans; manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of work experience (with a Bachelor’s Degree) or 8–10 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD/MD), or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • •Experience in quantitative fields (e.g., engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance).
  • •5+ years in the payments industry, preferably managing cards portfolios or relevant payments management experience in consulting firms.
  • •Demonstrated strategy/management consulting experience with proven project delivery and consulting methodology expertise.
  • •Excellent communication and presentations skills, strong client relationship management, and executive presence across large organizations.
