Job Summary

Support deal screening, underwriting, and due diligence for real estate investment opportunities across APAC. Perform financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and return sensitivity work, then help prepare Investment Committee materials. Assist Asset Management with day-to-day portfolio activities including capex planning, sell-hold analysis, lease approval memos, refinancing scenarios, business plans, valuations, and ongoing asset performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Acquisitions team with deal screening and underwriting, including cash flow modeling, return sensitivities, assumption verification, and market research.
•Help prepare Investment Committee materials.
•Support due diligence and market research (location assessment, rent/sales comparables, and replacement cost analysis).
•Assist Asset Management with active management tasks such as capex planning, sell-hold analysis, lease approval memos, refinancing scenarios, annual business plans, valuations, and reporting.
•Review and analyze investment recommendations and support other assigned duties and projects.

Key Requirements

•Familiarity with real estate investment fundamentals (advantageous).
•Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to manage multiple priorities.
