Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Acquisitions team with deal screening and underwriting, including cash flow modeling, return sensitivities, assumption verification, and market research.
  • •Help prepare Investment Committee materials.
  • •Support due diligence and market research (location assessment, rent/sales comparables, and replacement cost analysis).
  • •Assist Asset Management with active management tasks such as capex planning, sell-hold analysis, lease approval memos, refinancing scenarios, annual business plans, valuations, and reporting.
  • •Review and analyze investment recommendations and support other assigned duties and projects.

Key Requirements
