Own customer-facing technical execution for optical applications, from diagnosing complex needs on-site through solution implementation. Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance, qualify new technologies/features, and run customer evaluations such as ß-sites, demos, and technical review participation. Create methodologies to improve performance for specific applications, transfer application capabilities to the customer support team, and provide informal guidance to new team members.
